Prayer

God Loves Us

God - Giver Of Gifts

gifts for granted.  Please forgive me, when I fail

to "think" about where my blessings come from.

Serve The Lord

God's Will

Faith

To recognize the authority, validity, or claims of.

As Christians, we need to recognize God's authority

over us. He has a valid claim over our lives, since

we are His creation.  Besides, who knows better,

what is good for us, than God Himself? He sees the

big picture, and we certainly can't do that.

Lord, You are trustworthy! Help us know Your
way is best, and to surrender, daily, to Your will.

Take A Stand

one man/one woman marriage, and our country.

Be Still And Know

Looking in the dictionary and the thesaurus,

here are some words I found, that have a 
similar meaning to the word "still".  They
are: Quiet, Calm, Stable, Restful, Peaceful,

Tranquil, Undisturbed, Untroubled, Subdued,
Motionless, Relaxed, Soothed and Serene.

As Christians, these words help us to see how God wants
us to live our daily lives, as we TRUST in Him.  The verse we
are looking at says, "BE STILL and KNOW that I am God."

Lord, I confess that I often fail You in this.  Please
forgive me, and remind me that You are my SOURCE
of peace and calm in this life.  Help me to "Be Still"
before You, because I "know" You are God.
